4. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.
We do not ship to:
- Alaska;
- Hawaii;
- Puerto Rico;
- Other United States territories;
- Canada;
- Other countries;
- P.O. Boxes.
A valid physical street address is required for delivery.
Shipping methods, rates, processing times, estimated transit times, tracking, carrier limitations, and delivery restrictions are described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier operations, holidays, incorrect addresses, service interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional fees, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, except where required by law.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged products, incorrect shipments, cancellations, and non-returnable items are governed by our Refund Policy.
Do not send a product to our address without first contacting us and obtaining written return authorization and instructions.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.
Products must meet the eligibility requirements stated in the Refund Policy.

We will attempt in good faith to resolve the matter informally.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or exercising rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.

We may modify the Services, products, prices, features, or these Terms periodically.
When we update these Terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or by other appropriate means when required by law.
